This time we have upgraded our Crating options with a neat feature – the Shockwatch® indicator.
You can find this sensor conveniently labeled on the right side of Art Couriers LA’s medium-large crates, along with the instructions label. Shockwatch® indicator helps us improve the quality of the transit and reassure our clients of safe handling.
If Shockwatch® indicator is RED
- DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT.
- Make notation on delivery receipt and inspect for damage
- If damage is discovered, leave item in original container and packaging, take photos of the damage and notify you Art Couriers LA agent about it.
